Australia see spike in gun crimes despite draconian gun control

Of all the excuses for gun violence in the US, this has got to be the most stupid.

It simply points out that other countries have no where near the number of gun deaths as the US.

Its also a reminder that the only ones talking about banning guns in the US are the RWNJ idiots.
More people die from falling out of bed in this country then from mass shooters... Dumbass
It's a nonissue fuck face

According to this only 450 people die falling out of bed per year. Just sayin'.

Oddly enough falling out of bed is still way lower than gun deaths in your link. The one just below 'murder by gun' which is 'texting while driving' that has more then 1,000 less killed is against the law in many states. Just sayin'.
The fact remains a bed is much, much more dangerous than an ar15 in this country, numbers don't lie. Dumbass

Your numbers show the exact opposite. More people own beds than guns but more people die by guns. What fact are you talking about?

'texting while driving' that has more then 1,000 less killed is against the law in many states.

How's that working out?

We now have an awareness campaign that texting while driving is not a good idea. More people own cars and smart phones than guns and the deaths from texting while driving is less. It's working better than gun deaths apparently.

Which people continue to ignore every day. Even though texting while driving is so obviously fucking stupid, most people just don't give a shit. And somehow you think you can stop violence by telling people they're not allowed?

I said the Ar15, dumb fuck. Lol
Much greater chance of getting killed by your own bed and someone shot with an AR15...

Some people ignore, most don't and more, it's illegal, but if you want to argue that it shouldn't be then that's your beef, I personally don't see an upside to that but if you that desperate to prove a hands off approach to gun control is the way to go then you will agree to the darndest things.

Nope, most everyone comes into contact with a bed everyday and spend more time using one ,the chances of it killing you are less than those coming into contact with an assault style weapon which is fewer people. So, the conclusion is that beds are safer.

No, it points out that criminals will merely migrate to the next available weapon because...well they're criminals. They don't follow laws. Now, what are people called who don't follow laws again??? Oh yeah CRIMINALS!

The ONLY people who are affected by your gun control measures are LAW ABIDING citizens. Why do you hate law abiding citizens? Why do you want women to be defenseless against predators? Why do you hate women?

Bans agaisnt texting while driving have worked. For the entire population with states that do not allow you to drive and text it was a 3% decrease in fatalities. Doesn't sound like much but this included older generations who never texted while driving to begin with.

Among young drivers, those more likely to text and drive there was an 11% decrease in fatalities.

Just like seat belts in cars have saved lives to the point where are culture for the most part just accepts that you wear a seatbelt when driving, it used to be the exact opposite.

:wtf:

So, a negligible decline, which includes people who were never texting to begin with, demonstrates causal effectiveness?

There's no getting through to that kind of stupid.

You seem to be really fixated on the 273 people dying by falling out of their bed. I have no idea why.

11% percent is not a negligible decline, why you ignore that number is beyond me.

What lying *****.

The homicide rate INCREASED in Australia after the gun ban, the result being at best stagnant over the long run. It's completely nefarious that they failed to mention this.

They also failed to mention that in civilized world homicides have a trend of decreasing, which all of the decrease in homicides can be attributed to in Australia.

These are complete lying ***** we are witnessing here.
