If the Democrats couldn't get to Trump, they would try to get to everyone around him. The whole Russian collusion thing was made up, so why wouldn't Trump believe vengeful Democrats would go after his family and anyone close to him?

After the House gets through with its investigation, Dump will be charged with "treason".
The penalty for treason is death. It does not specify the method to kill but if I could select the method I would suggest tossing dump into the middle of the Atlantic ocean , soaked in cow blood. Ok, some fish parts too.
