What, exactly, does it mean to say that it was a "mistake"? He was mis-informed? Sorry...he had exactly the same information that Bush43 had. He changed his mind after the fact? After he saw the results of his "decision"?

What kind of a coward does that? He had the information, exercised his judgment, and that judgment turned out badly - perhaps because our Intelligence Community blew it.

Why can't he say that based on the information he had, the vote was correct? But now we know to be more reluctant to pursue "regime change" in the MIddle East, because the fukkers are simply incapable of civilized self-government. Which would be to say, in effect: "I made a mistake and learned from it."
