Personally I have no problem with any Church advocating and counseling against either the sanction or commission of Violent Crime. It is immoral, not to mention that if a Perpetrator chooses the wrong Target, the Perpetrator could get shot.

The seperation of Church and state protects the Church far more than it protects the state. Polticians, dictators, monarchs, despots, etc ... of every stripe have repeatedly tried to play the "God is on my side" card. They are all lying and trying to manipulate faith to suit their own desires. NEVER fall for it.
