Just had to post this, I think it's important to post and remind people; especially those who might be too young to know how Democrats used to be. Common sense and support for the American citizen guided their decisions far more than today.

He hired a record number of border guards, doubled the deportation numbers. The best comment he made which is worth repeating:

"We are a nation of immigrants, but also a nation of laws. It is wrong and self-defeating for a nation of immigrants, to permit the abuse of our immigration laws that we have seen in recent years and we must do more to stop it".

Could have been from a speech heard last week by Trump. Yet, there is outrage for Trump, rather than an honest, balanced analysis that the illegal immigration problem in America has gone too far and American citizens and legal immigrants are punished because of this.

I'm glad others caught this! The very agenda that the Left is slamming Donald Trump for was the EXACT SAME THING that Bill Clinton proposed during his own term. Where was Hillary when this was going on?

Heard this sometime this week. It's kinda shocking. Makes Reagan look like a Sanctuary City creator.. But back in his day. Ole BillyJeff cynically called this "triangulating". Which means -- taking positions to get the most votes.
