Kinda sounds like you're saying in 100% of the cases, anything bad that happens to black people is their fault.

Unless they are children, elderly or disabled, most bad things that happen to all races are basically their own fault due to bad decisions. I don’t think anyone believes 100% is always any one persons fault.
