He's got a self worth quotient higher than the OP...barely..
. He built Oregon on speed and claimed it was his system.
Turns out EVERYBODY in the NFL is fast. So much for his system being the ticket to greatness.
Also it was easy talking kids into believing anything and in the NFL most of the players are married with kids of their own.
Now the question is ..will Kelly be wanted back in the college ranks? Probably... Will he be hired by another NFL team? Probably not.
There is a reason why our armed forces let 18 year olds suit up and go to hell holes like the Mid East to get their asses blowed up "or we won't have any of our liberties here in the USA!!!!!" Talking grown ups into believing that crap is a bit harder of a sell.

Coaches that I think may get fired
Colts coach Pagano
Chargers Mike McCoy
Cleveland's Mike Pettine
San Francisco's Jim Tomsula
Detroit's Jim Caldwell
Titan's coach Mike Malarkey
Miami's intern coach Dan Campbell
Possible fires, Tom Coughlin, only 25% chance.
Jeff Fisher could finish with 3 straight wins, could be a last minute save. 50% chance he is let go.
I think there will be a mutual agreement for Saints coach Peyton to leave.

Kelly to San Francisco, that is a good move for the 49ers.
McAdoo is a strange hire. You don't like the head coach so hire his assistant?
Same with Tampa Bay, don't like Smith so you hire his assistant and keep the same staff.
