Gaetz hasn't been charged of a crime despite an investigation going on well over a year now while Greenberg was indicted over 9 months ago.

Until he is charged with a crime and convicted he is to be considered innocent.

Meanwhile Dabo is now having to deal with a family matter that is VERY embarrassing especially as it is in the open public.
