Average Rent in California & Rent Prices by Neighborhood - RENTCafé

Socialism ends the same way............the HAVE and HAVE NOTS.........

No in between.......Destroys the middle Class and you have the Elites.........and the poor...........

Taxes the people into oblivion...........then comes back to be the Savior of the poor they created......

They brag as the little people cry...........and say..........LOOK HOW GREAT WE ARE......

Stay your asses in your social utopia's .........we don't want or need you here in the Fly over states.....You are like LOCUSTS.........Destroying everything in your paths.

Have & have nots are even worse in low taxed Banana Republics.

So.........

They are having a cook out.......LOL..Kids have bikes........the dog is well fed.....Kids are playing.......WTF is the problem...

Well, of course you wouldn't see a problem with a family living in housing the size of a jail cell.
Are they living in tents on the city streets..........Are they taking dumps on the streets........and where is the link to that picture.

The main problem with Homelessness...........and Housing is a lack of Supply.......HIgh Property tax........and Higher costs due to regulations and requirements............

Then it costs too much for the average Joe to have a home there............Anywhere.........

In Big cities......High Demand...........Low Supply.......Housing and rent goes thru the roof............and you end up with skid rows like in Los Angeles............Even Silicon Valley with High wages are living in RV's because the cost of living there is too high.............people making 50 k a year can't afford the rent there..........

Hardly.
The issue is a lack of Homeless shelters, people awaiting social security disability or welfare.

Probably half of the homeless in NY & Cali are migrants from other states & other countries exploiting opportunities.

I disagree because I've shown many videos on this subject saying differently.......Many are working and they simply can't afford the rent.............The Silicon Valley issue is correct also..........They choose not to spend all their money on housing and would rather live in a RV ......because it's cheaper.........

Building regulations in California make it hard to build new housing, apt complexes..and so forth........and it costs a bundle............so they simply don't build enough to keep up with demand there......I read one report that stated they need 180000 new units a year to keep up with the population there......and they simply aren't building enough.

Both Republican & Democrat policies are bad for the less fortunate.

Ultimately Republicans are far worse here.

You want to cut out programs designed to help them, cut unions, cut minimum wage etc.

Not to deny that property taxes are a issue too.

I've never said cut minimum wage............and I've never agreed to 15 an hour either.........

I've never said cut Unions...........but I agree with the Right to work states since Unions abused their gains and forced businesses out..........

Dems are far worse on killing the middle class..........via taxation and regulation........Reps are more dangerous when they brag about LOOK AT YOUR HOUSE VALUE..........then reality hits..........you need a life jacket.

High Property tax & high healthcare costs are harming the middle class the most.

Basically both sides f#ck us left & right.

But, as for homeless I know people who've lived on the streets awaiting a line into homeless shelters.

That's a problem of lack of funding.

I also know homeless mentally ill awaiting Social Security Disability.

Republican policies are far worse for homelessness.
