The article is a bit Lefty for my tastes (basically, it's a 'wake up call' article for smug, condescending progressives, by slightly more rational smug, condescending progressives). However, it does make some damn good points about the shallow "mass outrage" phenomena which has become so common in our culture in recent years.

It's essentially a lot of empty sound and thunder ultimately meaning nothing.

Oh yeah. These morons of this current under 30 generation...basically live on passive outrage the way fish live on water. It's just their whole existence. They all need a damn cause to exist. Its why they make up fake oppressions to make themselves a part of.
