This is a DHL murder-mystery inspired by Batman comics and Law & Order.

After Nightwing and Batman apprehended and arrested the criminally-insane Harley Quinn, they began transporting her to Arkham Asylum in the Bat-mobile. Nightwing and Batman were Gotham City's valiant masked vigilantes, dealing with society's dangerous criminally-insane terrorists and maniacs such as Scarecrow (a fear-toxin wielding masked sociopath), Poison Ivy (a fanatical eco-terrorist), and Riddler (a delusional games-master of death). Harley Quinn was on Batman and Nightwing's most-wanted list for some time now, having committed various crimes of anarchy such as kidnapping the mayor's daughter for ransom, booby-trapping Gotham police cars, stealing dolphins from the Gotham Aquarium, and bombing the Gotham Parking Lot.
Batman and Nightwing were aware that Harley Quinn symbolized all the modern madness of the unpoliced modern American city. Harley, once a criminal psychologist herself (named Dr. Harleen Quinzel), snapped one day after interviewing a lethally diabolical crime-goblin named Joker and decided to transform herself into the anarchy-worshipping anti-social Gotham menace known as Harley Quinn. Harley had recently used a DHL shipping-service rerouting/hijacking to send a bomb to the Gotham Cathedral on the day Batman and Nightwing were invited there for a Gotham crime-fighting prayer service. Batman and Nightwing nabbed Harley as she attempted to bring her evil plan to fruition. They also discovered that Harley had murdered the DHL truck-driver before taking his vehicle.
As the trio made their way to Arkham Asylum, Gotham's center for the incarceration of the criminally-insane, Batman and Nightwing asked Harley why anti-social cynicism drove her to deeds of great mischief and criminality. Harley explained that Gotham was a sewer of human mediocrity and corruption and naturally drove 'deep-thinkers' such as herself and the Joker to furious states of malicious mischief, anarchy, anti-social humor, and criminal gloom. Batman and Nightwing understood that Harley was a real 'siren' of modern urban crime. They wondered how many kinds of terrorist-stunts Harley had pulled with her 'beau' the Joker as the diabolical duo devised ways to create capitalism-paranoia in Gotham City.
