perfectly legal for 5-6 of your buddies to kick in on the jig price, and a bulk buy of the 80% finished frames. but you CANNOT legally finish the reciever (and neither can they) for anyone but you/themselves. so have each one come over to your place, have them kick in on the price of the drill press and vice, too. set it up, let them crank the handles, and then they leave with their (legal) finished frame. parts kits can be bought from Model One Sales at fair prices. I suggest that each guy have his gun assembled and testfired (for a fee) right then and there, to avoid complaints later. Strip the parts back off if the guy doesn't want to buy them right there and then.
