Cia hacking tools in review: Cisco was a primary target

Sounds to me that not only from this article but the dozens of stories that have come out on the CIA not just yesterday but the past year or two this is one Gov. organization that totally needs to be shut down .

No one but NO ONE should be reading these hacked/leaked documents. Hackers had them prior to being passed to Wikileaks so you can call it either one. The intelligence agencies are admitting leaks like this set them back at least a decade in their abilities to effectively spy on other countries. I wish there was a way to stop the dissemination of all this information.
It hurts us in the cold wars ongoing more than it helps American individuals protect their freedoms. I hope they catch whoever set this info out there and that person gets FRIED. And I mean that literally.
