Where did you get that silly idea? The steering was being switch constantly by a crew that apparently had their head up their ass. No equipment failure was cited in the cause.

Since WWII, as cautioned by Ike in 1961, the US attacks other countries not to win a war, but simply to conduct a war so that special interests can reap the profits.
