Colorado - Lawmakers in Colorado have historically helped pass a state Constitutional amendment to make smoking and growing pot legal............................for a second time.
When questioned about why they passed a Constitutional amendment to legalize pot in Colorado when it has already been made legal via previous legislation in Colorado, state Congressman Walter Price state, "Dude, it was already legal? I had no idea. Narley!"
Experts speculate that states that have passed pot laws for the first time will also follow suit and pass it for a second time a few years down the road. Really, the only question becomes, when will Colorado make pot legal for a third time?
