Teachers should set an example of how folks need to behave. There is a proper way to discipline, and an improper way.
A 27 year old cannot set a lot of adult examples. They have not reached full maturity. The parents can sue the school for scraps, but the substitute teacher is broke and has no money whatsoever! Once the kid jumped up, started laughing, and shouted another racial slur, that decreased the lawsuit money.View attachment 938386

IMO, that teacher should lose his job. If just hearing derogatory language, even if it is discriminatory against him, sets him off to physically abusing kids, he is probably not in the right profession.

The parents need to teach their son to shut his mouth. If he does that same thing in college as a full grown adult... he will end up in jail himself for assault.

The substitute teacher is not a certified teacher, is not on contract. He knew he was fired when he decided to post up (raise his fist to fight) He knew he was going to get arrested.
....because he got arrested for taking up for black people being called the n-word other black people are going to hire him. BLM (or the court) may even swoop in and give him differed adjudication - record wiped clean.
