Red State! Amen.

Excellent. Good for our defense secretary. Not something I always say about him or anyone in this administration.

But revoking the “deal” in order to keep the death penalty on the table for those rat fuckers IS the only right thing to do.

Kudos.

I don't think Sleepy Joe has the guts to have KSM hanged anyhow.

The thing I am most concerned about is any idea about bringing Muhammad et al to America. These people are just too dangerous to bring here, and pose too much of a danger to American women and children.

He has to stay in Cuba until such time as we get a President in office ready to execute justice upon him.

To get a Death Sentence we need something called “a trial”
in 23 years we have never managed to bring this to trial

Why?
Because the Bush Administration engaged in torture and we don’t want our dirty laundry aired.

We can pretend the Death Penalty is on the table.
But it is not

On Friday, Defense Secretary Lloyd J. Austin III took the lead on the case and effectively put the death penalty back on the table for Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin 'Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi.

Seriously, was this a no-brainer? Has the idiot who approved their release been arrested and fired yet? My only question is why are these three even still doing alive?

They should be locked away in dank, dark cells full of bubonic plague and flesh eating bacteria.

Nope. We need a military tribunal.

Stupid libs don’t get it. Or much of anything.

Trials for war criminals are done through military tribunals. Take for example, the trials of national Socialist Germans after WW2. They weren't given a jury.

We have had 23 years to conduct a Military Tribunal
We are afraid to conduct one

No matter what, The TORTURE of the accused will be front and center.
The world will be watching.

Irrelevant.
We are afraid to conduct one

No. That’s not it. And you certainly don’t support your idiotic claim.

🥱

Ho hum. You're ful of trite today.

Of course it is.

As it ought to be.

If we could have brought these guys to trial…..we would have
Decades ago

The case against them is tainted
That is why we leave them in limbo

Maybe. Maybe not. But still not relevant.

The case against them is tainted

If you mean by the alleged “torture,” maybe. But probably not. It’s not like we can’t prove what they did.
That is why we leave them in limbo
You speak as though you have any evidence to support your endless speculation.

You don’t.

So you think they should just continue to stay alive in Cuba until they die of natural causes, and that's the only viable option?

Maybe. Maybe not. But still not relevant.

I have 23 years of evidence where we refused to bring these guys to trial because we don’t like what will come out

Nothing has changed

Regardless of whether we sentence them to life or not, they will remain in prison for life

They will not be executed

It was a mistake to ever announce we would give those guys trials, or tribunals, or any kind of judicial prodeding.

They should have been treated as prisoners of war - the War on Terror, and should be held until that war is finally an irrevocably won.

We would have to kill him three thousand times plus to get justice. He'd be a martyr if we killed him once, and encourage more terrorism.

Help Israel now, to destroy Hamas. That's the current battle in the WoT.

Nope. You point to 23 years and pretend you know the reason. Not the same thing as “evidence,” Leftwhiner.
Nothing has changed
Zzzz. True. You do tend to repeat your unsupported mere claims.
Regardless of whether we sentence them to life or not, they will remain in prison for life
I’d prefer they spend eternity under the prison.
They will not be executed
Maybe. But then again, they could be. You sure as fuck don’t know.
