A great move and long overdue. Can't wait to hear the dimocrats' opposition. And but one rebuttal should be the long term costs to taxpayers once the illegal slobs get on the dole through all sorts of handout programs.

If the law is passed, then there is only one question - Is it constitutional.

If it was constitutional for congress to give the funds, then it follows that not giving of said funds by congress is also constitutional.

Case closed, the point is moot.
