We disagree on this. I think things are still unfair. Not as unfair as they used to be by a long shot, but there is still bias in the enforcement community. I don't think that sending in hordes of extra law enforcement and aggressively promoting stop and frisk is going to have a salutory effect on the very restive, already ready to riot black community.
