I may be missing something here. Did she also write the words "Black Lives Mater" on the sheet, or just add any life and the colors below it?
In any case, our Constitution's First Amendment doesn't actually cite any age at which your Freedom of Speech begins, or ends for that matter.
Parents control what their kids can or can't say in the house or social settings until the kids are old enough to be on their own, but that's simply parental control.

Martin Luther King wasn't a perfect human and neither are any other humans. Everybody exhibits poor decisions in their life.
