That's nice, but it isn't going to stop desperate people from lying to get access to our healthcare system vs rural Africa's... The worst criminal penalty is the death sentence. And since ebola is virtually a death sentence, any lesser sentence is totally worth risking to save your life.

It's a waste of time and taxpayer's money. We need real stops to travel from West Africa.
