Damn why did Cruz have to drop out? GOP senate trying to shut him down.

As much as I didn't like Cruz, he made things interesting. Things are too quiet now.
I actually feel sorta sorry for him..He is getting burned in the GOP senate as well.

The only thing Cruz could have attempted to do was play spoiler in the Presidential Race and try to deny Trump the 1237 he needed to win the nomination.

Cruz is hated by the establishment and even most Tea Party Conservatives within his own political party and had he stayed it would have killed his reelection chances in 2018 ( which are most likely dead by now ).

I felt a smidgen of sorrow for Cruz until I remember he is just another nutter that will be like Rick Santorum and forgotten about when the next Presidential Election rolls around...
