Actually it takes more than being a Citizen to be eligible for Article 2 Section 1.
if children born here of two illegal parents can be citizens.....then certainly a child born of a legal U.S. citizen temporarily living abroad should be a 'natural born' citizen...
...especially if the child comes back to live and grow up in the U.S.......and doesn't claim foreign citizenship while attending college here which some think Obama did...but he won't release his school records to prove otherwise...

Martin Van Buren was the first natural born Citizen president after the grandfather clause ended. Chester Arthur was actually ineligible since he was born to a Irish father who didn't become a U.S. citizen when Chester was 14. Also Arthur burned all his papers.
