Democrats are either liars or just amazingly ignorant

It never ceases to amaze me how Democrats so often seem to be in the dark about things. I have trouble ascertaining whether they know what's going on, and just lie about it, or if they really are that ignorant. The latter could be the case, usually, because I do know that their OMISSION media, keeps a lot of information hidden from them.

• So now concerning Elon Musk & DOGE, Democrats have been lashing out at Musk & Trump regarding the billions of $$$ of Fraud being uncovered and exposed and publicized by Musk. BUT, do they know what they're talking about ?

Here's what they say >>

New York Times: "AT OVAL OFFICE, MUSK MAKES BROAD CLAIMS OF FEDERAL FRAUD WITHOUT PROOF"
abc NEWS: "TRUMP, MUSK SO FAR PROVIDE SCANT EVIDENCE FOR THEIR CLAIMS OF GOVERNMENT FRAUD"

But just a few months ago, the GAO (Government Accountability Office) was tabulating the results of their investigations into government spending, legitimate & fraudulent. They found, documented, and reported that the federal government could be losing between $233 and $521 Billion/year to >> FRAUD.

As a % of the department budget (7:45 on the video time bar)

• 23.87% lost from the Treasury Dept (that's your US AID folks).
• 11.68% lost from the Labor Dept.
• 9.76% lost from the VA
• etc, etc

The Wall St Journal looked into those numbers, and reported an astounding $2.7 TRILLION of cumulative federal "improper payments", since fiscal year 2023 (8:13) >>>

• $100-135 Billion - unemployment benefits
• $20 Million - Covid benefits
• $230 Billion - Employment Retention tax credit
• $31 Million - SSA Master death file
• $85 Billion Medicare & Medicaid

Being ignorant or a liar are certainly not mutually exclusive.
