Democrats Trying to Outlaw Right To Work Laws

Yup, and if they want a job in the 1st place then that's their business too. Some people would rather work for $7.50/hr than not work at all. There are even some people who will work for nothing just to get the experience in their chosen profession.
First off, the labor department sets requirements for unpaid interns. A person can't volunteer at a for profit company without receiving "substantive benefit" from doing so.

Some nutcase evangelical preacher telling them not to vaccinate does NOT qualify as "their faith says..." Who does qualify for a religious exemption beside Christian Scientists?
Even christian scientists leave the decision to get vaccinated to the individual. And they support programs for the good of the public "golden rule" and participate to the extent their beliefs allow.

You're a liar. The QOP cheats with every breath it takes. Voter suppression, anti-Constitutional obstructionism in Congress, constant lying to their uneducated gullible dimwitted dumbshit base (= you), collusion with the Russian enemy, collusion with corporate neo-feudalists, and treasonous words, behavior and actions.

Move to Russia now.
The "QOP" you say. May I suggest a time out so you can calm yourself.

Red states, same states with the lowest social welfare indices, with Delta COVID surges, and with general social dysfunction including treasonous interference with the right to vote.

Clearly these states all have a problem with their thinking, unable to grasp that they live in a developed democratic nation and should stop trying to make it a 2nd-world shithole like their ideal utopia Russia.

The Right to Work has nothing to do with anything but banning companies from firing workers for failing to pay union dues.

Nothing else. Not "social welfare" or voting or covid or anything else.

If someone in Texas or Virginia or North Dakota wants to start a union, they have just as much right to do it there as they do in a Compulsory Union state like Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.

Utterly useless this analysis is, as you ignore that it was due to Reagan's "Fair Trade" policies that USA jobs could be outsourced to Chinese sweatshops. Then you want to keep USA workers' wages low to compete with the sweatshop workers! And who is it who is screwing the country economically? YOU... and a big duh for you sir.

WTF? I have no idea what he is trying to say. What's the problem with fair trade? If a foreign company can make a product and ship it to the US and sell it for less than we can make it here, then isn't that good for the US consumer and the US economy?

Funny - a progressive liberal bitching about keeping US wages low while at the same time allowing millions of illegals into the country.

When I examine right to work laws it's about chiseling some power away from laborers and putting that power with the employer. Combine that with at will employment so a company can fire a worker without a reason. Well get ready as the vax issue will now be going against good workers who decide to stay unvaxed while their employer mandates it.

How does the right to work law affect unions?
“Right to work” is the name for a policy designed to take away rights from working people. Backers of right to work laws claim that these laws protect workers against being forced to join a union. The reality is that federal law already makes it illegal to force someone to join a union.

Minimum wage is the best way to discourage illegals from coming here. Since it would be illegal for them to be paid less, they could not displace qualified american workers.

Liberty by not have the fucking government make you join a greedy despicable union just so you can work.

Actually, this is bullshit.

A worker in Pennsylvania or Ohio may have the right not to join a union- but they are still obliged to pay agency fees to the Big Labor bosses if their employer is unionized.

RTW doesn't take anyone's "rights" at all, except for the dubious "right" of business agents and union stewards to demand tribute from everyone in their jurisdiction, even those who aren't members.

Not since 2018

"States and public-sector unions may no longer extract agency fees from nonconsenting employees," Justice Samuel Alito Jr. wrote for the majority in Janus v. AFSCME Council 31, U.S., No. 16-1466.
