That would create two classes of employee. One class, of union represented workers, with a grievance procedure available to them. And the other that have to take their cases to court.How about we just change federal law so that nonunion workers no longer are covered by labor contracts. Then rtw will no longer be needed.
The difference in both the time and cost to resolve such disputes would make it impossible for non-union workers.
