Denver police to introduce Drones to help respond to 911 calls after city defunded them by millions

The Denver Police Department has launched a new program that will have drones respond to 911 calls instead of cops. The law enforcement agency that was recently defunded by millions to pay for migrants is now launching its own drone program, along with other Colorado police departments.

Kind of confused as to what a drone is really gonna do.

A local dollar store is getting robbed so they send the drone out first. Is it gonna hover eye level and peak through the window or something?

Blah, just cut to the chase and use ED209s.....What's the odd glitch/malfunction anyway?

it might be nice to respond immediately to a 811 call with a drone. a cop might find a little scouting ahead useful, and an early track on suspects could be nice.

a cop will eventually find my body and wonder what happened, drone video can show them.
