Funny. The narrator empathize the suspects "innocent until proven guilty" line. Yet...immediately assumes guilt upon the officer.

ONCE AGAIN....resist arrest and assault a cop....you risk your own life.

BTW...Fords headlights are bright. But....if a police department alters it the warranty is void. That's how government fleet contracts work.

Actually....the video was fantastic. The narrator was a cop hating idiot.

But the video???

Cop made a legal stop.
Driver was uncooperative (sound familiar?)
Cop was VERY persistent in trying to gain compliance. Stern but calm and clear.
Driver kept not cooperating.
Cop was going to detain driver.
You don't handcuff someone with a phone in hand. Cop removed phone.


Driver....like a baby crying over his blankey ....became outraged when cop took his precious phone. And he began to resist. Possibly aggressively.

Cop tried taser. Taser failed.

Driver then began the assault upon the cop. Apparently was winning the fight. And got himself shot.

Tragic? Yes. Sad? Yes.

Predictable? Yes.

Lawful? YES. As the cop hating narrator said....Innocent until proven guilty. Cop remains innocent.

Not body cams. And the body cam showed an uncooperative driver. A resisting driver. And finally...an aggressive move by the driver. Which...well...sadly ended with his own death.

He kicked the phone away...because he had 1 hand on a taser...other hand on handcuffs. Um....humans have 2 arms.
