What Democratic Party policy is keeping ships from being unloaded? There is no special UE benefits that are long term currently, yet there was during Trump and the ships did not get unloaded then in a fashion you demand.

More and more people are buying on line with a huge increase in 2020 during the pandemic. We have a shortage of truck drivers even to keep the big grocery stores stocked. Blaming Biden or the Democrats is idiotic.

No one is being paid to stay home. The rules of unemployment did not change. If you turned down a job, you were ineligible for unemployment benefits. The fact that many jobs are still going unfilled despite the fact that unemployment benefits ran out Labor Day.

The fact is that workers value their health over work. In other words they are sane. They also are tired of being treated like slaves by big businesses, The top 1% hold more of the nation's wealth than the middle 60%. They oppose helping the middle class with childcare costs which is counterproductive to hiring people. Women are one of the reasons why there are fewer workers.

Maybe they need to treat their employees with respect rather than as slaves. For starters, if worker pay had risen as fast as CEO pay, people would be making a huge amount of money.
