So they move to lovely Guatemala. Dad has a skill, right? Or has he been on the public dole for 19 years?
But it begins with a visa... so you can be employed..,. because you can't become a citizen unless you are gainfully employed... at least that's the way I remember it to be...You do not mean "visa" since that is very temporary.
You mean apply for permanent citizenship.
And I do not know why?
Since he was employed, it may be he did and had a green card?
He did not "enter illegally" since he was a juvenile then just obeying his parents.
DODGE! Nice try. BUT I asked you to show proof that Trump was pardoning violent J6 protesters. Apparently you don't have any.
Expect to be caught and deported.I and my family are starving, we are being persecuted by the government, we live in a hut with no way to protect against the temperatures, and there are no jobs to be had. I have to go somewhere to survive and the best place to go is the U.S. I don't care about the law. It is a matter of survival.
Derailing your own thread?DODGE! nice try at hiding your inability to do research,
Apparently you need assistance. Here you go:
Trump pardoned violent Jan. 6 rioters. Here are 5 of them
Hundreds of rioters accused of violently assaulting police at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, were pardoned Monday by President Trump, despite remarks from his allies in recent weeks condemning those defendants.
More than 600 people who invaded the Capitol that day as lawmakers sought to certify the results of the 2020 election were charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding law enforcement — and nearly 200 of them did so using a deadly or dangerous weapon.
The names of the 5 mentioned in the article are in the article.
Do you know how to go to the link and read?
Victimless crime.
Then you've wasted your time and back to the mud hut you go. Try a neighbouring safe country in future.I and my family are starving, we are being persecuted by the government, we live in a hut with no way to protect against the temperatures, and there are no jobs to be had. The OP derailed its own thread. This was supposed to be about deporting violent felons.
Obviously not.
It’s about inflicting pain and making MAGA types happy
Here in this video is a Guatemalan man that was deported this week. This man was here in the U.S. illegally but he has been here for 19 years and he is married and has 2 children, one of which is 4 months old.
Imagine the consequences that his family is now going to suffer.
Is this Justice? Is this who we are now?

Why should there be a path to citizenship for anyone who knowingly violated our laws by immigrating illegally? There is no path to citizenship for people here illegally. We’ve been trying to make one for decades but Republicans wail and moan every time we try.
He never said his wife was a citizen or legal resident. So you think the solution is to deport US Citizens to Guatemala where there family has no jobs and no where to live....
Explain to me how this Makes America Great?
Two American Citizens have their father deported and US Citizen has lost her husband...
It seems MAGA stands for fuck Americans..
He would not be experiencing this pain if he hadn't come here illegally. This was supposed to be about deporting violent felons.
Obviously not.

I don’t think so. I believe that once you are deported you are denied rentry forever. Even making the attempt is a felony.Explain what Crime the kids committed...
Oh I got it, they were born a crime....
This guy is married to an US Citizen...
If he went to Guatemala and married his wife again, that should allow him access to the country... They have a clear history together....
No, he wants to be with his wife and kids, no matter what. Thatis what a loving husband does.He sacrifices himself for those he loves. You would not do that?Notice he openly admits intending to compound his earlier crime.

You are a perfect example of thisThen you've wasted your time and back to the mud hut you go. Try a neighbouring safe country in future.
The pro-illegal crowd like you have been using that twelve million figure for at least three decades. The real number is probably north of fifty million by now.In 19 years here, the only thing he was accused of was Trespassing. So where do you come up with drugs and theft? Is that factual or just your assumption-of-guilt-because-he-is-illegal?
May I remind you that over 12 million people are here illegally and yet more Americans have been found guilty of drugs and theft than immigrants!
Labor is a tiny part of the retail cost of items. They'll see now when prices increase for different products because Americans don't want to work the jobs that these people were slaving in. Those employers are going to have to pay Americans a lot more, maybe even as much as double what they were paying these hard-working, undocumented immigrants. That translates into higher prices for paying consumers.
