If the government lets it happen, then they most certainly are. Who do you think does the profiling? Who enforces the fair wage laws?
You're pointing out that there are incompetent/assholes employed by the government. Thanks? That's not news. Wage laws aren't being violated in mass. Are there individual companies doing it? Maybe. Probably, but that doesn't illustrate that the Government is prioritizing one person's rights at the expense of another person.
Pragmatism.
Racial profiling is irrelevant to the discussion and the second one is utter bullshit.
If a woman doesn't want to be pregnant, she will find a way to not be pregnant.
That doesn't mean we have to legalize it. That people will do a thing doesn't inherently make that thing legal. People will do heroin. People will kill other people. People will abuse their children. People will rape, etc etc. Should we legalize all those things?
The problem with your imaginary scenario of having an abortion 1 minute before birth is that no woman is going to go through 9 months of pregnancy and THEN change her mind.
Since it will never happen why are you opposed to making it illegal?
The problem is, you guys can't be trusted. You guys said for years before Dobbs, you just wanted to regulate late term abortions, but the minute you got the flag on the field, you were trying for abortion bans before women even realize they are pregnant.

I know it's almost like pro-life people believe your killing a person.....

Except that it does. If something is a common practice, then it is condoned.

Of course they are relevent. In practice and in law, not everyone is equal in this country... why it's almost like we need an equal rights amendment.

Heroin, yes. You aren't harming anyone but yourself.
Prostitution, yes, as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult, no one is being harmed
Abortion, Yes, You aren't harming anyone but yourself because little Globby isn't a person.
As for murder, rape and child abuse, those are harming other people.

Since it will never happen why are you opposed to making it illegal?
See below. You guys can't be trusted.

When they stop trying to cut food assistance to actual people, I will take them a lot more seriously.
