Also, let's get real. in the Iraq war, they were able to get bottled water to the the troops because the water in Iraq was unfit to drink. They'd have no problem getting meds.

This staggering amount of water is delivered around the FOB by a single platoon of Soldiers from Company A, 15th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division.

According to Sgt. 1st Class Baulino Moralez, a Edinburg, Texas, native and the fuel and water platoon sergeant in Co. A, the water supports nearly 5,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and civilians on the installation, and also goes to bases in the surrounding area.

Moralez also said in Iraq, it is often unsafe for non-nationals who do not have proper immunities to drink from local water sources, making bottled water essential.

Except that’s not the way it works. Getting a bottle of water in the hands of a troop on a FOB is far easier than medicine. Also the troops there could have drank the water push come to shove. There isnt a local sex hormone well the trans members can use in the event they can’t get the home grown stuff.

I would have liked to have had Females in my Unit when we went into Villages and small Towns. Not under fire, but after the heavy shooting is done.

Conquering Armies have always been about mistreating the conquered, especially the women. You can imagine, I'm sure.

Having women with us when we went into a Village could probably allay a lot of fears and result in fewer friendly casualties.

Women in Front Line Action, trenches, frontal assaults, charging machine gun nests? No. No way. For several reasons.

One, it's bad enough to watch a Man, one of your friends, get hit and be evacuated or lay there and moan or scream as he waits for some Morphine or -- Dies. Its really hard on Morale.

Men, real Men, have a built-in instinct to protect women. Not just their own woman -- All women. Real Men are aware of what I'm saying. I doubt dimocrap scum would be, however. The effects on troop morale of having to watch a woman lay there and scream in pain or die in front of them could be really bad. Catastrophic, even. It could easily destroy Unit cohesion.

Also, people who know what they're talking about, which excludes dimocrap scum, know what happens to a woman's internal body when she is exposed to seriously heavy mental stress and/or seriously heavy physical stress. Imagine how they would react when it's both severe mental and physical. Those who haven't been in combat don't understand and that's okay. You don't need to.

But most women who go through it are changed both mentally and physically for the rest of their lives where most men take it in stride. Usually. It's what we do.
