2. Tariff $$$
3. Save money by bringing US troops home from the EU ($24b a yr)
4. DOD Money
5. Foreign Aid money ($55b/yr)
6. Other cuts to Fed Budget

All he would have to do is collect what Pelosi and Democrats owe for using Mil-Air as their personal airline, and what they owe for booze and food on all their tax payer-funded junkets.
