Elon Calls Out Corruption In Judiciary

I fully expect judges to start backing down. Because I expect they’re gonna be getting investigated very soon and they know it. Their left-wing bullshit is not worth getting impeached or going to jail. They are not stupid people and they know they’re on the losing side at this point and have a little power.

Judges as individual wield a good deal of power, and as a class collectively wield as much power as the other branches of government. As interpreters of the law and the constitution, they are the ones to decide what the words actually mean, and how they can or can't be applied.

Most of us know that a Judge has stopped Elon and his Kids from Accessing Treasury Dept records.

Because..... Okay -- Because..... :dunno:

The Stop Order -- "U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer's order issued early Saturday morning restricted access to Treasury Department payment systems and other data to "all political appointees, special government employees, and government employees detailed from an agency outside the Treasury Department."

Okay. So now, the Treasury Secretary can't access Treasury records?

Maybe Elon is right -- "A corrupt judge protecting corruption. He needs to be impeached NOW!" Musk posted early Sunday on X

Perhaps you misread it, or maybe I did☺ I read it as restricted access to anyone but those "from an agency outside the Treasury Department."

Regardless, the mis-judicial decision is strictly political. Of course Trump has access to govt. data, and he can choose anyone to act on his capacity.

I didn't misread it. :dunno: But the way it's written, it isn't clear who and what that idiot barred.

All the Treasury Secretary has to do is hire Musk's Young Wizards to a 'paper job'. Where it's just on paper but the reality is, they report to Elon. Which would NOT be on paper.

Then when dimocrap scum start getting indicted for corruption, it's too late.

Hiring then is easier said than done.
As federal employees, they would have to be either special appointments, not subject to civil service rules, or if filling a known civil service position, be hired through normal civil service hiring practices and chosen from the highest ranked applicants.
They would also be subject to EEOC review, have to take the federal employee oath to the constitution, and be bound by federal rules and regulations.

No one is going to be investigating the judges. It is not worth risking a vist to jail for trying to bully judges. The judiciary has equal powers with the legislative and the executive.
