I don't actually have a dog in that race, not caring if he loses control of the company he started or not, as I do not work for or have stock in that company. I am just saying from a business standpoint, it would not surprise me. It will be up to the board of directors and the stockholders to decide whether Elon being at the help is good or bad for that company.

More like Trump knows the law, and saved his companies by filing bankruptcy during economic downturns.

You do know the purpose of bankruptcy, right?

It allows business owners to hang onto their businesses by using a trustee to help make payments on their debts.

I had to use it once to keep loan companies from taking my properties when my wife came down with Dementia.

Bankruptcy is a protection device sometimes used when you're about to lose everything you worked for most of your life. It is discouraged because it makes it difficult to qualify for loans for a set number of years afterwards.

I was a loan originator for awhile after I retired from the military.
