Former U.S. Senator Alan Simpson (R-Wyoming) who served for more than 18 years in Congress, has been around for a good while. He’s 84 years old, and he’s not afraid to speak out. If anyone knows anything about older people, they know that they just don’t care about who they offend or not, even if it’s members of their own party. Given the fact that Simpson has been on the inside looking out of the political GOP machine and knows most of these people personally, what he says about Republican “family values hypocrites” stands out.

Senator Simpson spoke with KULR on Sunday and discussed wealth inequality, as well as the hypocrisy of conservative leaders for not being for the minimum wage, and their general out of touch stance on social issues like abortion and same-sex marriage with young voters.
