No I am not "speculating". I had a relative who had insane cholesterol levels and that was pretty much how their management went. Nor am I speculating about Hillary being a high-risk patient. She has a 1 in 10 chance of dying if she suffers a significant bleed (like a wound) just by being on the blood thinner. Even if she is not hit, the secret service bum rushing her could result in major trauma just because of the blood thinners.
