The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) must hand over documents to a plaintiff in a case concerning deceased Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, a court ruled Monday.
The FBI must produce the documents by April 23, U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant ordered.
The order came in a case brought in federal court by Brian Huddleston. The Texas resident filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in April 2020 asking the FBI to produce all data, documents, records, or communications that reference Seth Rich or his brother, Aaron Rich.
Seth Rich was working for the Democratic National Committee when he was gunned down in Washington in 2016 in a murder that’s never been solved. Interest in Rich centers around the theory that he was the source of internal DNC communications later published by WikiLeaks. Rich’s family has denied that theory, and the FBI has said the communications were hacked by Russians, based on analysis by the firm Crowdstrike.

Just when I start to think Angelo isn't a Russian troll and is actually just a garden variety Trump nutter...he starts a thread like this one
Wait. So the Russians didn't interfere in the 2016 and 2018 elections? And you believed a 5 yr Russian hoax. My God how dumb you have to be.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Tuesday declassified documents that revealed former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s purported “plan” to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as “a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server” ahead of the 2016 presidential election, Fox News has learned.Wait. So the Russians didn't interfere in the 2016 and 2018 elections? And you believed a 5 yr Russian hoax. My God how dumb you have to be.
Yea they did. THAT my friend is fact
Yes. 13 Russian internet trolls were indicted. Think the Russians spent 100k to scam our election.Wait. So the Russians didn't interfere in the 2016 and 2018 elections? And you believed a 5 yr Russian hoax. My God how dumb you have to be.

They certainly got a lot for their money...and Facebook ads are not only VERY effective and well tageted but extremely cheap.Yes. 13 Russian internet trolls were indicted. Think the Russians spent 100k to scam our election.
The interference was so bad not one vote was changed. That's how much interference they caused. Stalin probably changed more votes than anyone. lolThey certainly got a lot for their money...and Facebook ads are not only VERY effective and well tageted but extremely cheap.Yes. 13 Russian internet trolls were indicted. Yes. But there is no doubt of the Russian interference in that election. Glad you understand that now
That had to be so embarrassing when that senile old fool came up with zilch. A report should only say, Guilty- not guilty. not some bullshit to cover up just what fucking dumb asses they were.Mueller concluded that Russian interference was "sweeping and systematic" and "violated U.S. criminal law", and he indicted twenty-six Russian citizens and three Russian organizations. The investigation also led to indictments and convictions of Trump campaign officials and associated Americans, on unrelated charges.

^I guess your source for spoon-fed news didn’t tell you about the massive settlement FoxNews had to pay?
Fox News Insisted Seth Rich Settlement Stay Secret Until After Presidential Election
“Fox paid so much that the network didn’t have to apologize” for pushing conspiracy theories about Rich’s death, says New York Times
Fox News’ settlement with the parents of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich came with one very unique provision: The deal had to stay secret until after the presidential election.
According to New York Times columnist Ben Smith, Fox News agreed to pay the multimillion-dollar settlement to Rich’s family only if the cable news network wouldn’t be required to apologize for lying about Rich’s murder, and only if the deal was not disclosed until after the Nov. 3 election.
The lawsuit from Joel and Mary Rich came after Fox News propelled the conspiracy theory that Seth Rich –a 27-year-old DNC employee who was murdered in July 2016 — was assassinated after he sent internal DNC emails to Wikileaks. The baseless theory was then pushed by right-wing activists and pro-Trump supporters as a means to help exonerate Russia from its meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
“Fox’s decision to settle with the Rich family came just before its marquee hosts, Lou Dobbs and Sean Hannity, were set to be questioned under oath in the case, a potentially embarrassing moment. And Fox paid so much that the network didn’t have to apologize for the May 2017 story on FoxNews.com,” Smith wrote in his Sunday night column.
“But there was one curious provision that Fox insisted on: The settlement had to be kept secret for a month — until after the Nov. 3 election. The exhausted plaintiffs agreed,” Smith added.
Joel and Mary Rich’s settlement with Fox News was publicly disclosed on Nov. 24, 2020, but with no details about the terms. That day, Yahoo News reported that the deal included a seven-figure payment, and noted, “Although the settlement terms were soon agreed to… Fox News arranged to delay any announcement until this week — three weeks after the presidential election.”
Now why would FoxNews have that requirement about when to announce?

You know this is nothing, right?
You conspiracy nut-bars need to settle down.
But rather than arresting the alleged law violators, Mueller chose to tip them off while they were in Russia, a country that does not have an extradition treaty with the USA. In fact, the Russian constitution specifically forbids the extradition of Russian citizens. So extradition is a non-starter.Mueller concluded that Russian interference was "sweeping and systematic" and "violated U.S. criminal law", and he indicted twenty-six Russian citizens and three Russian organizations.
