What's your point? Nudity in strip clubs is protected by the first amendment.

If it's constitutional for the government to prohibit minors from attending strip clubs, then it's also constitutional for the government to prohibit minors from attending drag shows. Just like it's also constitutional to prohibit tobacco companies from advertising to minors.

Government has always had the power to enact regulations that create a barrier between otherwise protected speech and an audience of minors. The right to have a drag show is free speech. But that doesn't mean the government can't regulate that speech to preclude minors from the audience.

The problem for your argument is that the constitution does not define “inappropriate conduct”. And since the founding fathers are not alive to resolve the issue, you have to convince a judge. And you didn’t convince this one.

But we shield children from inappropriate conduct all the time. As I mentioned, we rate movies as well as many other things. And, we arrest people for flashing and indecent exposure. Are those all unconstitutional?

I think that….unless it is shown that these performers are having sex with children or showing their bare genitals, or touching the children’s privates, they’re not gonna be successful in court.

Well, the 1st amendment doesn't preclude Christmas trees in public parks. It only prohibits the government from doing it. If you want to walk around the park with a Christmas tree strapped to your back, the first amendment protects that, too.
