Former Stormy Daniels attorney and convicted felon Michael Avenatti on Tuesday accused the porn star of engaging in “falsification of business records, wire fraud, and fraudulent transfers” to defraud former President Donald Trump out of money she allegedly received from a documentary.

Avenatti’s shocking statement, released from behind bars, came as his former client took the stand to testify against Trump in his business records trial on Tuesday, in which Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records – the same charge Avenatti accuses Daniels of.

Funny stuff. And, oh yeah, Avenatti was being groomed by the DISGUSTING FILTH to run for Prez. No bout adout it. Totes being groomed for it.

If the judge has to jail Trump for a weekend, will Trump benefit politically for it?

I think the benefit could be subject to a 'balance' by people who won't be able to accept that the future president could be so easily slapped down by any judge.

To Trump's benefit though, the facts are that no president can be punished by any judge or court of law, on account of the president's guaranteed immunity from prosecution and resultant punishment.

Donald Trump picked the witnesses, not the prosecution. These are all Trump's friends, business associates, and victims. Trump is the guy who needed a "fixer", somebody to "catch and kill" all of the stories of the people he screwed over.

The bald fact is that Donald Trump has always been a sleaze, and he has surrounded himself with other sleazy, dishonest people, who screw one another over in the normal course of business. Trump was "friends" with David Pecker, who thought nothing about lying about his opponents. Jeffrey Epstein was his "best friend" for years - even after Epstein was arrested for sex trafficking charges.

The prosecution's witnesses are all Trump's friends, business associates, and employeees. Crooks, liars, scam artists - people who thought the rules of common decency, and the laws of the land, don't apply to them.
