Former Top DOJ Official Blows Up Jack Smith’s Case Against President Trump With One Tweet –Notices Key Item on Third Page of the Federal Indictment

According to Jeffrey Clark, who was the lone loser in the DoJ that was willing to support Trump’s election fraud claims.

He isn’t a top official. He’s an assistant AG for environmental law, working in civil suits.

His expertise in national security cases is zilch.

Jack Smith is a top official, literally was prosecuting war criminals and mob bosses.

These two aren’t comparable.
This is about the opinion of Trump toadie Jeffrey fucking Clark???

Are you kidding?

Combine this plus the editing out several of Trump's words from the recorded call in the transcript in the Indictment, this should be grounds for dismissal.

Read this.

Jeffrey Clark?

This Jeffrey Clark?

Judge rules Trump ally Jeffrey Clark cannot remove disciplinary hearing to federal court

In October 2021, an ethics complaint against Clark, regarding his conduct when attempting to overturn the 2020 election, was filed with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.[41][42]

On October 7, 2021, the Senate Judiciary Committee released new testimony and a staff report.[43] They "reveal that we were only a half-step away from a full-blown constitutional crisis as President Donald Trump and his loyalists threatened a wholesale takeover of the Department of Justice (DOJ). They also reveal how former Acting Civil Division Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark became Trump’s Big Lie Lawyer, pressuring his colleagues in DOJ to force an overturn of the 2020 election."[44]

On October 13, 2021, the U.S. House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol subpoenaed Clark for testimony and documents.[45] On December 1, 2021, the committee voted to recommend criminal charges of contempt of Congress against Clark.[46] On February 2, 2022, at an appearance before the committee, he refused to answer any substantive questions, asserting his right against self-incrimination in excess of 100 times.[47]
