If there was any truth in predicting that Russia is about to collapse, that would raise a very scary specter!

Would Russia resort to the use of a tactical nuclear weapon on Kiev as a demonstration of Russia's resolve?

Can a nuclear weapon be deployed and still not lead to a full scale nuclear war?

The significance of the question has to be understood as to the question on whether America would respond with a nuclear attack on Russian territory?

And if so, would that not ensure that Russia would have to strike back in kind on the continental US?

Fwiw, it could be time to start thinking in terms of this American war against Russia can only be ended by the use of nuclear weapons?

Ukraine has the Nuclear engineers and Nuclear materials to build nuclear bombs.

What they don't have are missiles to carry the nuclear bombs.
