Leftists use lawfare to silence their opposition. That being said I did not read Gateway pundit that much. I found them a bit long winded.

When sites or people have lost it's been proven in court they knowingly lied and those lies caused damage to others.

Why did they settle if they did nothing wrong--if it meant that they were going to have to file bankruptcy?
