Georgia Passes Law Obstructing Obamacare | American Overlook
Earlier this month, Georgia discovered a way to obstruct the implementation of Obamacare, causing Democrats across the country to condemn the state’s Department of Insurance for obstructing President Barack Obama’s beloved Affordable Care Act.

In early August, Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens explained the obstruction method to a crowd of enthusiastic Georgians. Obamacare created many positions within each state’s healthcare exchange for “insurance agents,” or employees that sign customers up for Obamacare coverage.

Hudgens explained that Georgia passed a law that says, “a navigator, which is a position in that exchange, has to be licensed by our Department of Insurance.”

“The Obamacare law says that we cannot require them to be an insurance agent, so we said fine, we’ll just require them to be a licensed navigator. So we’re going to make up the test, and basically you take the insurance agent test, you erase the name, you write ‘navigator test’ on it,” Hudgens continued.

The same reasons that we have serious concerns about Obamacare are the same reasons that congress and the president want no part of it. The way they are implementing Obamacare is totally screwed up. The big companies get a pass for one year and the little people are being thrown to the wolves. No way in hell will I give personal info to some loser.

Identity theft is already a major problem and it's about to get worse. It's also going to be a disaster when illegals use their stolen identities and social security numbers to get health care.

Obama and the Dems know it's a train wreck, but they drool over the amount of power that comes with passing an oppressive bill to control people. If little people get hurt in the process, they won't lose any sleep over it.

Well, according to the information Kaiser has made available, after 1Jan14, were my employment to end, I will be able to afford healthcare for my wife. At present, no way. So where do you think I stand on this issue? And many more people are going to find this out, and the GOP will see people voting for the Dems simply on the fact that they have been lied to by the GOP concerning the ACA.

No need to lie about something that's obviously a failure. Just how many times has it been delayed? The lie is the fact that it will insure everyone. In fact it will take more people off of their own plans than it will put on Obamacare itself. If it were the "Affordable Care Act" then why are health insurance premiums still going up?

Yeah I thought as much.

I sure hope you're right oldrocks. I want cancer and heart disease to be history within my life time.

Obama would love to appoint an army of ill-trained, adolescent, community organizers with pencils, pads, video cams, recorders and whatever else they need to snoop on our private information, come into our homes UNINVITED and gather whatever information HE (the great one) deems important for the feds to know. I can see it now...some little pimply-faced, sniveling asshole wants to know how many guns I own, where they are, if they are "safely kept"...

FUCK OBAMA! FUCK the "AFFORDABLE" HEALTHCARE ACT! FUCK LIBERALISM!

Liberalism is a goddamned mental disorder!

Kudos to Georgia for implementing a way to FUCK OBAMACARE!

Hold on here. You actually think you losing your job means your wife is going to get free healthcare? Where the hell do you think you're going to get free healthcare from?

You have a greater chance of losing your job because of obiecare than you do of getting anything for free.

Lets say for a second you don't care that it's socialism. Would this be a good or a bad approach at a successful socialist system?

Successful as it
1. Gives everyone healthcare
2. Works well

Cost doesn't matter as we all know socialism is costly.

Is this the way you would do it???

It never works well.

Gives everyone crap healthcare, never works well and sure as hell cost's way more. What is the positive here?

1. Gives everyone else healthcare at everyone else's expense.

2. Works well with what?

Nothing works worse than government run (fill in the blank). Just ask a communist peasant. (There are jillions of them.) Take a good look at North Korea...at night. They have no lights.

All you dumb sunzabitches that think collectivism is better than hard work and being rewarded for it are nothing more than leeches...scabs on the ass of humanity.

Liberalism is a mental disorder!

All these dumb shits that think they're covered by Obamacare won't be so fucking thrilled when they get a serious disease in their 60's or 70's and are told they don't qualify for treatment.

"Here, take a pain pill and go home and die, treating you is not cost effective".

And even if she did get so called "free" healthcare, it's at the expense of someone else, nothing is free. Can't get progressives to understand that money they never see has to come from somewhere.
