Georgia prosecutors considering racketeering and conspiracy charges in probe of effort to overturn T

Atlanta-area prosecutors are considering bringing racketeering and conspiracy charges in connection with Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation.

Investigators have a large volume of substantial evidence related to a possible conspiracy from inside and outside the state, including recordings of phone calls, emails, text messages, documents, and testimony before a special grand jury.

Their work, the source said, underscores the belief that the push to help Trump was not just a grassroots effort that originated inside the state.

I don't think Trump is gong to get off scott free! That is for sure.

Looks like Donald Trump might be in some hot water! Prosecutors in Atlanta are considering bringing racketeering charges against him for trying to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

Racketeering is just a fancy word for organized crime, and it looks like Trump might be in some serious trouble. The move comes after a recent report from the New York Times revealed that Trump pressured Georgia officials to overturn the election results. The report also revealed that Trump’s efforts to overturn the election were more extensive than previously known, and that he had pressured officials in other states as well.

It looks like the former president might have finally met his match!"

RICO charges huh? Sounds legit.
Is Roo going to be the prosecutor?

All he did was ask various election officials to "find more votes". That's not a crime. As far as I know, Trump never asked them to do anything illegal. The left interpret things the way they want to, which wouldn't stand up in a court of law.

Neither Bragg or the Atl DAs are smart enough to successfully prosecute Trump for such frivolous criminal charges. Both DAs are products of the affirmative action dumbing down and are very, very partisan. They both would also love nothing more than to use/abuse the criminal justice system to get rewarded with some political appointment.

Like most Dem scams, this is another one that is hiding in plain sight, we all know what is going on here, yet few are willing to call it out for what it is, to wit: a clear abuse of power (utilizing the mechanisms of gov to affect a political outcome).

Trump is the greatest threat to democracy this country ever faced. So many fascist sicko's licking his boot. I pray this takes him down for good.

That's hilarious considering the fact that the Dems and the NevertRumpers have been involved in racketeering for several years.
Why don't we dig up Al Capone and have him lead the prosecution, shall we?

I don’t know about that, StormFrontLover. All of these alleged 🤡KrImeEs🤡 are flimsy as shit, being pimped by third-rate affirmative action DAs who are biased and would love to convert such a abuse of power into a future political appointment, and they are just not very smart. Both the NY and Atl cases are examples of very bad lawyering.

Well I'll Trump has to prove now is that there were votes missing somewhere

Wrong. That's not "all he did". He asked him to pretend he just "recalculated", without mentioning which" alleged missing voted he was talking about. Trump also made it clear that the basis of his request was the fact that he was losing by a certain amount and he wanted to add one vote to that amount:

""So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have. Because we won the state," Trump said. “The people of Georgia are angry, the people of the country are angry. And there’s nothing wrong with saying, you know, that you’ve recalculated," he added."

This is clearly among the most serious of Trump’s crimes – seeking to conspire with Georgia election officials to commit voter fraud by falsifying votes in an effort to overturn the will of the people.

It is sort of fun to watch people who have whined about election integrity for 6 years all of a sudden not care in the least about the president of the United States trying to use the power of his office to change the outcome of elections.
Probably because in Trump's case it didn't happen but in Biden's case he's doing it every day.
Biden quietly turned every post office into a vote harvesting operation.
He's been caught taking money from the Chinese and signing EOs that help cause inflation. His treasury secretary made sure that interest rates were kept down artificially when she was fed chairman, and now the new fed chairman is intentionally causing bank failures by raising interest rates too fast.

And all you folks on the left can do is try to blame it all on Biden's top opponent.
