I just want to be clear on something; do you think that there is some constitutional requirement that there needs to be 60 votes in the senate to pass something?

No it is a self-imposed filibustering rule by the senate upon the senate.

In my opinion it should be done away with.

So when the Democrats take end senate, Clinton will use she SCOTUS to get that self imposed rule removed!
