It's not. How do we know? They had to strike a deal.

This is so reminiscent of GOP led crap during previous presidential campaign seasons.

The GOP when in charge fails to do the people's business. But it does run stuff like this well. Watch for the news reports that will compete with anything productive Harris/Biden do or have to say.

Secret Service asked local Police to station a cruiser during the rally, next to the building the shooter was seen at. Local LE said a cruiser was unavailable for that.

That does not let the SS off the hook, any more than the slopped roof is valid excuse for not putting a PO on top of it
