Unions used to be notoriously linked to the DNC at the hip as they fought for special perks for their workers. However, one of the key points they fought was health care, giving many of their members Cadillac health care plans with private insurers.

However, now that the DNC has gone full socialist and want socialized health care that will cause these union members to take a cut in their level of coverage while making their costs go up, I no longer believe they are linked at the hip. Now they are flat out adversaries.

I think the democrats will have to do what Obama did to sell his health care plan, just lie to people saying that their health care rates won't increase and they can keep the same health care plans and doctors. Even at that, union were given special perks under Obamacare. I suppose they might consider giving the special perks under a socialized system as well.

I think you have that backwards. The unions are leaving the D Party because it has become much like the R Party. It doesn’t give a shit about the working class.

Well, it is like I have been saying all along. The only people who like protectionist tariff wars are far left labor unions.

The GOP has done virtually nothing to oppose Leftist policy, and only Trump stands in their way to bring Venezuela to the US. So yea, the GOP party that would not build a border wall or repeal and replace health care while in complete control of Congress right after Trump was elected cares nothing for us.

In fact, the GOP haters of Trump are out for all to see. I'm sure someone like Romney will vote for impeachment, don't you?

You're wrong, gipper. During his lifetime, my husband ran a department with 500 Union men in it. With overtime, every last one of them made a bigger paycheck than his. He never once complained, never once failed to pay a bill, never once cheated anybody else for his entire life. He was full management. And he got into trouble with other managers for making certain his men each got a winter's coat that would take the chill off when they were up on 50-foot high highwires trying to correct problems on frozen lines in chill factors well below the minus forty that registered on the thermometers in January and other cold months, depending on Mother Nature's moods.

Some bosses care about their men and women, and they find time to attend Church every week, serve on benevolent fundraisers like the Kiwanis who were the first sponsors of the National Olympics for Handicapped people and sponsor their wives little tiny efforts to supply quilts to Hospices that serve dying people, Squad car quilts to treat victims of shock found where the cops find serious wrecks involving people who would die if not treated for their shock, quilts for handicapped day care centers who provide services for single moms whose children are rejected by other caregivers due to the amount and expense of treating these kids for keeping them alive and reasonably happy, and other neglected places they find needs in the community that aren't as wonderful as providing winnerships for all who compete in the handicapped Olympics which are still going as I understand it. My husband was a poster child person for being a Republican. Total thoughtfulness for other people and taking actions that will save lives such as making certain his people did once a week safety meetings that taught them safety when dealing with fixing stuff 50 feet up and in the worst weather, when most the horrible outages happen. In 25 years under his tutelage, he had zero lost time accidents and never once had to go to a widow's home to inform her her husband died because of electrocution on a high wire from who knows how many volts of electricity that would've gone through his body had he done any one little thing wrong, including going to work unhappy. All aspects of what causes accidents were addressed in those meetings. And my husband, their boss, made sure they were happy campers before they went up there. He even climbed poles in his thin business suits to deliver coffee to them up there in the middle of the air trying to keep their fingers limber enough to do the right maneuver to get the power back on safely.

Don't send a person to hell just because he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. President Trump has set aside his profits and I understand his losses are at the 30% loss of what he had before he became president and what he has today.

He's just a good guy who doesn't know how to take unfair flack, because he has practiced fairness all his life.

Just ask yourself what are you kicking at when you kick down a reasonably just and good man who happens to support Republican values?

I don't hear you when you say management doesn't care about their workers. That just isn't true these days. When it comes down to life or death, management goes with life.

Speaking of this, are Sanders and Warren telling unions they will get a special waver favor (wink wink) from these socialist programs like they did to pass Obamacare?

These people in the Democrat cloud do not have a claim on the hearts of the working man who belongs to a Union. Democrats under Obama delivered untenable tax burdens on the working class. Raising taxes more to do DNC pet rock projects is probably pretty frightening to Union men who are pretty bright fellows for all their hard work. Furthermore, Trump hired union workers when they needed work. The Unions people who've been around the block just aren't buying into the "Orange Man Bad" impeachment shit.

It couldn't be simpler.

I tend to think they might impeach and remove Trump, but this has nothing to do with unions.

I don't think they will remove him, this whole thing is about voting him out in 2020. It's just a smear job with the DNC owned press.

If he is reelected, then they might impeach him, or worse.

I’m not sure what your post has to do with mine. What am I wrong about?

No offense intended, Mr. Gipper. I apologize if I made you feel bad.

So do you have any evidence of your claim, or is this pile of speculation the only reason you created this thread?
