Out of every thousand gun owners, one of them uses his gun to scare, threaten, injure, or (very rarely) kill someone illegally.

So, we must restrict the other 999 who never do anything wrong with their guns, too.

As for the Constitution, that's just an obstacle in the way of our achieving the utopia we know will come once we get control of everyone's guns.
