Hamas Orders Civilians to Die in Israeli Airstrikes

So knowing that innocent children will die in Israel's response, why does Hamas force them to stay, and continue to shoot rockets into Israel, and commit acts of terror and aggression against Israel?

I have no love for Hamas, if they force the innocents to stay and this is a well used tactic then they are less than sewer rats. If Israel knowingly accepts this tactic and bombs innocent women and children they join Hamas in the sewer.
Israel needs the moral high ground.

In the past Israel used to give SPECIFIC target coordinates. And that would cause HAMAS to rush more innocents to the scene in order for the Israeli gunners in the helicopters to see women and children on the rooftops of their targets waving at them or giving them the Hamas equivalent of the finger as they fired.. A general warning as they did today for NORTH GAZA is much smarter and humane.. Let the citizens give HAMAS the finger and go to Gaza City for a couple days.. Hamas will LOSE control of the govt in Gaza when they show this little respect for THEIR citizens.

Israel is NOT gonna do a general invasion and house to house to locate those rocket launchers and machine shops. And they don't need to..

Not when the Palestinians are now giving up their Hamas "Protectors" to Israeli intelligence.

I have always found it interesting that the Arab Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territories (oPt) have demonstrated both tacit approval and provided active support for Jihadist and Fedayeen hostile activities. There are very few Palestinian voices opposing the militant operations that pose lethal and deadly threats to Israel. In fact, most of the Arab Palestinians actively argue and support the continuation of Jihadist and Fedayeen Armed Struggle by any means, while the UN (UNSC RES 1373) community of nations "declares that acts, methods, and practices of terrorism are contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations and that knowingly financing, planning and inciting terrorist acts are also contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations."

Now, there seems to be a hint in this argument, that the general population of Arab Palestinians might not be in support of an actively hostile response to occupation by whatever means, including armed struggle. This would be a very interesting development.

As long as the general population argue that they have the right to support Jihadist and Fedayeen armed struggle by any and all means, and open incite armed struggle in violation of the Geneva Convention and UNSC Resolution, they are part (active or passive) of the Jihadist and Fedayeen arm. And that makes them a threat. As long as they answer the call of these various Jihadist and Fedayeen activities, they are collaborating with the criminal aspect of the resistance movements.

For far too long, Arab Palestinians have openly incited all forms of propaganda, which is either designed or likely to provoke or encourage and threaten peace, breaches of the peace, or act of aggression associated with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in violation of the UN Resolution 110 (Measures to be taken against propaganda and the inciters of a new war). Nowhere has this been more obvious than in oPt where the people have promoted acts, methods, and practices of terrorism are contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations and that knowingly financing, planning and inciting terrorist acts are also contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations [S/RES/1373 (2001)]. And nowhere is it more obvious than in the Arab State of Palestine, that its people openly support the organizing, instigating, assisting or participating in terrorist acts in another State or acquiescing in organized activities within its territory directed towards the commission of such acts.

A change in this paradigm would alter the plight of the Arab Palestinian people in many ways. It would alter, over time, the conditions that put in place to suppress hostile activity. IT could even be a basis for which both sides enter into good faith negotiations over point of long standing disputes. It could change the general character of the occupation from one of belligerence to one of mutual respect and prosperity.

Three days ago, one of our Pilots spotted a group of innocent Palestinian children playing near what was an underground launcher.

He refrained from targeting the place in fear for the children's safety.

Today, from that same spot, a rocket was launched, fell in Ashdod, injured at least one Israeli boy who's now fighting for his life, and two other civilians.

Now you tell me, what would you do?

Risk your own kids, or risk others?

That's a war crime.

You cannot target civilian infrastructure.

It doesn't matter how many warnings you give, you can only target military objectives.

Being a member of Hamas, does not automatically make them a military target.

The moment you hide a bomb at your own house, It is no longer a civilian infrastructure.

Holding civilians in a place when there are bombs is a war crime in itself.

How is it any different than holding women and children hostage?

should have waited only till children leave and target the site at night. All the aiming and electronic targeting could be preset in the daylight.
